Soul Shapes
What shape is a star? I see light beams undulating, I watch pixels on a voyage, they travel past just where we are. I'll count them if yuo're near me. We can map the constellations, we can sail across horizons as I listen to your dreams. The air is warm with June and twilight. Our legs weave in and out the grass. There are fireflies just waking, your eyes like cotton candy wishes. I've never claimed to have the answers. But I know, here in this moment that whatever shape my soul is- yours and mine, are just the same.

This is such a sweet little poem! ☺️
Laura...your love spills in this poem. Beautiful work, my friend!
